Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions.

Daily activities include posting job openings, maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview schedules,



managing candidate communication, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting across multiple functions.
- Solid skills in hiring processes and interviewing, including candidate evaluation and selection.
- Experience in employer branding activities and promoting a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic recruitment analytics.
- Understanding of manufacturing or engineering industry hiring requirements is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
