Role Description<

The Talent Acquisition Intern role is an internship position with a hybrid work model based in Lucknow, allowing some work from home as agreed with the team. The intern will assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, and help maintain an organized applicant tracking system. Daily tasks include scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for creative, technical, and operational roles.

The intern will also help draft job descriptions, support employer branding initiatives, and prepare basic recruitment reports or status updates. This role offers exposure to recruitment best practices in a digital content services environment and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources,



with a basic understanding of hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple openings, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, online job portals, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lucknow, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest and experience).
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced, creative business environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory.
