Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Gurugram.

The Talent Acquisition

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments and panel discussions for roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies that align with business needs. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines,



manage communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Additional responsibilities include using recruitment platforms and social media, tracking hiring metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate talent and make informed selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates professionally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks for sourcing and pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple roles, and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and teams.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or high-growth organizations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
