About The Role:

Pali Beauty is a Mumbai-based DTC beauty brand with a growing multi-channel presence. We are seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Executive to own the end-to-end flow from supplier to stockroom, ensuring materials are sourced at the right cost, delivered on time, and meet our quality standards. The role works closely with the Founder’s Office, NPD, Operations and Finance, and carries meaningful ownership from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track stock against minimum thresholds and initiate replenishment with suppliers as levels drop, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery to specification
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimise landed cost per SKU; maintain up-to-date costing sheets
- Manage supplier relationships by tracking contracts, lead times, MOQs and delivery performance, and escalate risks proactively
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supplier agreements and regulatory compliance are in order
- Conduct local market price analysis and benchmarking to validate supplier pricing
- Support new product development by tracking timelines across sampling, packaging and production,



and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality and turnaround
- Verify and clear purchase orders, including quantities, pricing, terms and approvals, prior to release
- Maintain accurate inventory, PO and supplier data in internal trackers to provide the team with clear visibility on incoming stock

What We’re Looking For:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain, preferably in beauty, personal care, FMCG or packaging
- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and manufacturers, and strong analytical ability in costing, price comparison and landed cost analysis
- Excellent follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines accurately
- Clear and professional communication across internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with import and customs processes is an advantage
- A proactive approach to building and improving processes within a small, quick-moving team
