About the role

This is a full-time, on-site strategy & founder's office role based in Mumbai. You will work closely with the founding team on strategic planning, market and competitive analysis, and key decisions across our defence and drone technology initiatives. We are hiring for the long term. The first 6 months are a probation period, after which strong performers are confirmed with a revised salary and a clear growth path, including promotions.

What you'll do

- Support strategic planning and prepare strategic reports and dashboards
- Evaluate new business opportunities and support go-to-market and partnership strategies
- Prepare fundraising and investor communication materials
- Drive cross-functional projects and coordinate with engineering, operations and business teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare executive presentations and maintain project documentation
- Support defence expos, demonstrations and field trials, and travel with the leadership team when needed.




- Contribute to long-term roadmap and policy discussions relevant to the defence and aerospace ecosystem

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research, financial analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Ability to structure strategic plans, business models and execution roadmaps for technology-driven products
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive presentations, investor decks and internal documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration and coordination with leadership and technical teams
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, Excel, PowerPoint or similar tools, and a basic understanding of metrics and KPIs
- Background in business, engineering, economics or a related field; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience in a founder's office, strategy, business operations or a similar role is preferred
- Interest in or exposure to defence, aerospace, drones or deep-tech
- Professional, reliable and disciplined, with good attendance and timely reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup, prioritise multiple initiatives, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to travel for business events

Compensation and growth

- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month during the first 6 months (probation), based on experience and fit
- After successful probation, salary is revised to ₹4–6 lakh per annum, based on performance
- Performance reviews at month 3 and month 6, covering work quality, ownership, attendance, daily reporting and professional conduct
- Clear growth path with promotions for consistent performers
- Close access to the founders and to defence, government and investor engagements

Location and mode: On-site at Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai. In-office .
