Role Description The Store Manager – Furniture is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes managing the showroom floor, supervising and inspiring sales teams, and ensuring product displays and visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.

The Store

Manager will monitor sales performance, handle customer queries and escalations, manage inventory levels,



and coordinate with logistics and back-office teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities also include implementing retail loss prevention measures, tracking store KPIs, preparing sales and performance reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales & Customer Service skills to deliver a high-performing, customer-centric store experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, mentor team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and daily operations handling.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and safeguard store assets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in furniture retail or lifestyle/home décor stores, with exposure to sales targets and performance metrics, is an advantage.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are preferred.
