You’ll drive automation, testing and quality practices across products and platforms, helping teams identify issues earlier, improve reliability and deliver with greater confidence.

Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking an experienced and innovative Staff Engineer, Quality Engineering to serve as a senior technical leader within our Test Environment & Data Management organization.



This role designs and advances scalable test environments, service virtualization solutions, automated provisioning capabilities, and AI-enabled testing infrastructure. You will partner with quality engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, and software development teams to improve environment reliability, testing efficiency, and operational excellence across the enterprise. [

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in test environment management, service virtualization, cloud technologies, automation engineering, and AI-enabled testing with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

- Serve as a senior technical leader for enterprise environment management capabilities.
- Drive architecture and engineering standards for test environments and supporting tools.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
- Influence environment and testing strategies across technology organizations.

- Environment & Platform Engineering:

- Design and implement scalable test environment management solutions.
- Develop and maintain service virtualization and API mocking capabilities.
- Establish automated environment provisioning and lifecycle management processes.
- Improve environment availability, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Partner with DevOps and platform teams to integrate environments into delivery pipelines.

- Engineering Excellence:

- Drive automation practices that improve testing efficiency and platform reliability.
- Implement environment observability and operational monitoring capabilities.
- Support modernization initiatives across quality engineering platforms.
- Establish governance standards supporting environment utilization and performance

AI & Innovation:

- Drive adoption of AI/LLM-enabled testing capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging environment management and virtualization technologies.
- Improve testing productivity through automation and intelligent engineering solutions.
- Champion innovative practices that accelerate software delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

- 6-8 years of progressive software engineering experience.




- Strong experience managing enterprise testing environments.
- Experience implementing service virtualization and API mocking frameworks.
- Expertise with cloud-native technologies and containerized environments.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
