Role Description The Staff Nurse role is a full-time, in office position based in Kothamangalam.

The Staff

Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

while contributing to a supportive and respectful environment for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Current nursing registration/license with the appropriate nursing council and completion of a recognized nursing program (GNM, pcB.Sc Nursing).
- Demonstrated clinical skills in basic nursing care, medication administration, patient monitoring, and infection control practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in fast-paced clinical settings, manage multiple priorities, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hospital operations.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care, respect for diverse backgrounds, and adherence to hospital policies and professional standards.
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
