Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

2. Project Planning and Process Optimization:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, workflows, and process documentation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Business Documentation Management:

Create and oversee critical business documents, including

- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD
- User Stories
- Process Flows and Data Flows

Ensure all documentation meets organizational standards and stakeholder expectations.

4. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
- Act as a bridge between customers and technical teams to resolve problems effectively.

5. Problem-Solving and Customer Support:

- Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues,



providing effective resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Validate deliverables to ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
- Support testing and implementation phases by addressing gaps and aligning with customer needs.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business documentation and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Word, Excel, Power Point

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple domains.
- Positive oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
