Role Description The Solution Architect Energy Management System role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The role focuses on designing end-to-end Energy Management System (EMS) solutions leveraging Exovolt’s BESS technologies and control platforms for utility and commercial & industrial customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, defining system architecture, and mapping business processes to technical solutions.

The Solution

Architect collaborates closely with engineering, software development, and integration teams to ensure seamless system design and implementation,



as well as alignment with standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing technical documentation, supporting proposals and pre-sales activities, consulting with clients on best practices, and participating in system testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Solution Architecture skills, including the ability to design scalable and standards-compliant EMS and BESS solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to translate customer needs into clear solution designs and process flows.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills, with experience working with control systems, APIs, and multi-system environments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of energy systems, power electronics, or grid integration; experience with BESS, EMS, SCADA, or related platforms is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional engineering and customer-facing teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in utility or industrial energy projects, familiarity with relevant standards and regulations, and prior solution architecture or technical consulting experience are advantageous.
