Booking Med Travel is an international medical tourism and patient coordination company helping patients explore suitable medical treatment options abroad.

We combine medical expertise with personalized patient coordination to make international healthcare more accessible, transparent, and organized.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead our social media presence, strengthen our brand reputation, and develop engaging content for an international audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to improve brand awareness, credibility, engagement, and organic audience growth.
- Create high-quality, engaging Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and other creative content.
- Plan and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Write professional, engaging, and informative captions and healthcare-related content.
- Develop creative educational content about diseases, treatments, hospitals, medical technologies, and international patient care.
- Design visually attractive social media graphics and edit short-form videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement, and social media trends.
- Maintain consistent branding, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.




- Analyze social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and relevant patient enquiries.
- Collaborate with the medical and patient coordination teams to ensure published healthcare information is accurate, responsible, and patient-friendly.

Requirements

- Previous experience in social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reels, and current content trends.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.[German / Arabic / other language is a strong plus ]
- Experience with creative design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create skilled, visually engaging, and original content independently.
- Understanding of audience engagement, organic social media growth, and performance analytics.
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.

Candidates with an educational or professional background in medicine, healthcare, life sciences, or medical marketing will be given preference.
