Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Raipur.

The Social Media

Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop content calendars, supporting campaigns for various group companies,



and ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style.

The Social Media

Executive will analyze performance metrics, optimize content based on insights, and contribute ideas to enhance audience reach and community growth. Collaboration with marketing and design teams to support integrated campaigns and offline initiatives is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to support campaign scheduling, platform selection, and budget allocation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, mass media, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
