We’re Hiring | Social Media Manager

RUN AI INTELLIGENCE is looking for an organised, creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts across our client portfolio.

You will oversee daily platform activity, engage with audiences, identify relevant trends and work closely with our creative team to deliver consistent, engaging content. You will also build relationships with creators, channels and pages for collaborations and paid promotional opportunities.

Location & Working Arrangements

- Office: Crowne Heights, Rohini, Sector 10, Recent Delhi.
- Schedule: Six working days a week — Monday to Friday from the office and Saturdays from home.
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
- Laptop: Having your own laptop is mandatory.
- Availability: You must be able to commute to and work from our Rohini office regularly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client accounts: Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Keep profiles updated and maintain each brand’s identity, tone and content calendar.
- Plan and publish content: Schedule and upload approved posts, reels, stories and videos. Check captions, tags, links, creative quality and publishing times while following client approval processes.
- Engage with audiences: Respond to comments, direct messages, mentions and reviews professionally in each brand’s voice. Escalate complaints, sensitive matters and business enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Identify trends and content opportunities: Monitor social media trends, emerging formats,



audience conversations and competitor activity. Recommend relevant ideas suited to each client’s goals.
- Work with the creative team: Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors and account managers. Share clear briefs, references and audience insights, manage feedback and keep content delivery on schedule.
- Develop collaborations: Identify and approach suitable creators, influencers, channels and pages for collaborations, cross-promotions and paid placements. Assess audience relevance, engagement quality and brand suitability.
- Coordinate paid promotional deals: Collect media kits and rate cards, discuss deliverables, fees, timelines and content usage terms within approved budgets, and obtain approval before making commitments.
- Manage partnership execution: Coordinate briefs, publishing schedules, required promotional disclosures and payment documentation with the relevant teams.
- Track performance and recommend improvements: Monitor reach, engagement, audience growth, clicks, enquiries and collaboration results. Maintain trackers and prepare clear reports with practical recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts,



preferably for multiple clients or within an agency.
- Strong writing, communication and community management skills, with the ability to adapt to different brands and audiences.
- A good understanding of platform-specific content, short-form video and social media trends.
- Working knowledge of social media publishing, scheduling and analytics tools.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management.
- Confidence managing multiple calendars, deadlines and approval processes.
- Professional outreach, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience coordinating influencer collaborations or paid page promotions is an advantage.

Consistent publishing, timely audience responses, relevant content ideas, smooth coordination with the team and well-managed partnerships. Performance will be measured against agreed client goals, including engagement quality, audience growth, reach, traffic and enquiries.
