Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Orbit Studio is a full-time hybrid position based in Surat, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Orbit Studio and its clients. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and editing posts, managing social media communities, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing profiles and posts for performance. The role also involves coordinating with designers and copywriters, tracking key metrics, preparing performance reports,



and adjusting strategies based on data and trends.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and support broader digital campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow multiple platforms effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging, brand-appropriate content and interact with online communities.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, build content calendars, and align social media activities with business goals.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics) and basic knowledge of paid social advertising.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in a hybrid setup in Surat, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably in a digital agency or creative studio workplace, and a strong portfolio of prior work.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
