Are you an experienced SMT Operator ready to work with state-of-the-art, high-speed Panasonic NPM Series placement machinery?

Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd. is expanding its high-reliability automotive electronics assembly operations in Krishnagiri, and we are looking for skilled technical talent to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation & Setup: Setup, operate, and optimize high-precision Panasonic NPM Series pick-and-place lines.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure maximum line uptime and placement accuracy.
- Quality & Process Control: Work closely with 3D SPI, AOI, and quality teams to maintain zero-defect standards for automotive electronics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Quality engineers to ensure seamless daily output.
- NPI Support: Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and continuous process improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Diploma in Electronics (ECE), Electrical (EEE), or Computer Engineering (CSE).
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SMT chip mounter operation.
- Special Preference: Direct experience with Panasonic NPM Series machines.
