As a Snowflake + Databricks + AI Senior Manager you will lead client-facing data engineering work that designs and develops cloud data platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled solutions across Snowflake and Databricks. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, use sound judgment to guide teams through complexity, and shape transparent messages that help clients understand options, tradeoffs, and outcomes within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. In this role at PwC, you will bring together data integration, transformation, and platform modernization work to help clients turn data into actionable insight and support delivery across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

- Leading data engineering workstreams for cloud-based modernization programs using Snowflake, Databricks, and AI-enabled platforms
- Designing data architectures, pipelines, and transformation processes that support scalable analytics and reporting




- Directing client discussions to align technical approaches with business goals, delivery timelines, and data platform priorities
- Orchestrating integration across cloud environments and data sources to support migration, consolidation, and modernization efforts
- Applying knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and performance tuning to improve platform reliability and query performance
- Evaluating data infrastructure patterns and recommending improvements for warehouse design, data processing, and operational efficiency
- Coaching teams through complex delivery challenges while managing priorities, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
- Translating technical findings into clear recommendations that guide decision-making and support future-state data strategy

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
- Demonstrating senior-level delivery across Snowflake and Databricks data modernization
- Applying AI fluency to cloud data platform transformation and analytics
- Directing complex data engineering teams through ambiguity and change
