Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to develop and enhance enterprise risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on TPRM implementation experience, strong ServiceNow development skills, and expertise in vendor risk assessments, risk scoring, due diligence, and remediation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and configure ServiceNow TPRM/VRM applications and workflows.
- Implement vendor onboarding, lifecycle management, due diligence, risk assessments, and periodic reviews.
- Configure risk questionnaires, assessment templates, risk scoring, approvals, and remediation processes.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and JavaScript-based solutions.
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external vendor management, procurement,



cybersecurity, and risk platforms.
- Configure notifications, escalations, reports, and dashboards for vendor risk monitoring.
- Implement appropriate access controls and data protection measures.
- Troubleshoot issues, support testing and deployments, and optimize platform performance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow TPRM solutions.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and JavaScript scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and web services.
- Knowledge of vendor risk assessments, due diligence, inherent and residual risk, risk scoring, and remediation tracking.
- Experience with ServiceNow tables, data models, ACLs, roles, reporting, and dashboards.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SIG, and CAIQ frameworks.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement, vendor management, and cybersecurity platforms.
- Knowledge of Automated Test Framework (ATF), performance optimization, and deployment automation.
- Additional ServiceNow IRM or Risk and Compliance certifications.
