We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist | 2–3 Years’ Experience | Work From Office

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist with 2–3 years of experience (minimum 2 years) who doesn’t just plan SEO, but implements it directly on websites.

The right person stays up to date with how search is changing, including AI search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and doesn’t rely on outdated tactics.

They should use AI strategically to work faster and smarter, while still applying their own judgement.

Work Type: Work from office, with occasional work from home as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Plan and implement on-page, technical and content SEO across WordPress, Shopify and custom-coded websites
- ⁠ ⁠Fix technical SEO issues directly, including site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, canonicals and sitemaps
- ⁠ ⁠Implement schema markup and structured data to improve visibility in search and AI results
- ⁠ ⁠Optimise content to appear in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and other AI-driven search platforms
- ⁠ ⁠Research, plan and produce articles that rank on both traditional search and AI answer engines
- ⁠ ⁠Use AI tools strategically for research, content creation, audits and workflows, without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- ⁠ ⁠Manage Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO tools to track and report on performance




- ⁠ ⁠Run SEO audits and turn findings into transparent, prioritised actions, then carry them out
- ⁠ ⁠Build topical authority, internal linking structures and quality backlinks
- ⁠ ⁠Identify and clean up spam, toxic links and indexing issues
- ⁠ ⁠Track algorithm updates and adapt strategy quickly
- ⁠ ⁠Work closely with development, design, content and marketing teams

What We’re Looking For:

- ⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years (ideally 2–3 years) of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results
- ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of technical SEO and confidence making changes on live websites
- ⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify
- ⁠ ⁠Up-to-date knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI search behaviour
- ⁠ ⁠Experience using AI tools smartly, with critical thinking rather than blind reliance
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to write or brief content that ranks and genuinely answers user questions
- ⁠ ⁠Data-driven mindset with the ability to read analytics and act on them
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and take ownership without hand-holding
- ⁠ ⁠Good communication and professional behaviour when working across teams
- ⁠ ⁠A proactive, curious and results-focused approach to work
