About the Role

DGS Tech Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, financial solutions, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US-based clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services and finance-related business processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
- Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.




- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Communicate project progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce finance-related solutions, preferably Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, API development, and third-party system connectivity.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with US-based teams during PST working hours.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Immediate availability or the ability to join at short notice.

Working Arrangement

- Initial commitment: Minimum 4 hours per day.
- Expected transition to 8 hours per day within a few weeks.
- Must be available to work according to US Pacific Time business hours.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a long-term, full time engagement.
