What are we looking for?

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Planning / Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools – FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA and Control Plans
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3 or Six Sigma
- Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI), process validation and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and fluent English to collaborate with local and global teams
- on-site presence Vadodara, Gujarat, India
