Role Description The Senior Private Banker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by providing tailored wealth management solutions and comprehensive banking services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial objectives, advising on investments and asset allocation, and delivering customized financial planning strategies.

Banker will coordinate with internal product and operations teams, monitor portfolio performance,



ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met, and proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products. The role also requires building long-term client relationships, preparing regular portfolio reviews, and staying current with market trends and financial products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Finance and Private Banking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Asset Allocation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and related market instruments.
- Proven experience managing high-net-worth client relationships in a banking or wealth management environment.
- Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Sound understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and compliance in financial services.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
