Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that promote Computer Solutions East’s IT services and solutions. Based in Gandhinagar in a hybrid setup, this role combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating with sales and technical teams to align messaging,



and managing digital and offline marketing activities.

The Senior Marketing

Specialist will create and refine marketing content, track campaign performance, support lead generation, and contribute to brand positioning in target markets. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, define target audiences, and design high-impact campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Experience with B2B IT or technology services marketing, including digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns), is beneficial.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and prior experience in a specialist or senior marketing role are desirable.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Gandhinagar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision is expected.
