Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Design the mechanical cabinet, Electrical component, part assemblies and systems, Harness routing using CAD tools such as Siemens NX, SolidWorks with solid knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, material selection and design validation to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and project teams to support product development, production readiness, and technical issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, DFx, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective action.
- Prepare BOMs, technical documentation and support prototype development, testing and product lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Preferred Skills: CAD Modelling, Product design and development, Harness routing, GD&T;, DFMEA/PFMEA, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Manufacturing Processes, Material Engineering, RCA.
