About IDS

INDO DELTA SOURCING (IDS) is an India-based buying and sourcing agency partnering with international buyers and lifestyle brands. We work closely with manufacturing partners to develop products, ensure quality, and manage orders from initial concept to final shipment.

We are looking for a capable and commercially minded Senior Merchandiser – Home Textiles to join our Noida team and independently manage customer requirements and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete merchandising cycle, from enquiry, costing and product development to sampling, production, inspection and shipment.
- Coordinate with international buyers, Indian manufacturers and internal quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Develop home textile products in line with buyer specifications, quality expectations, target prices and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, material sourcing, lab dips, strike-offs and production specifications.
- Monitor production progress and proactively resolve delays, quality issues and other order-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements relating to product quality, packaging, labelling and testing.
- Maintain accurate order trackers, costing records, sample status and regular progress reports.
- Update our ERP system on real time basis





Required Skills & Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in home textiles, made-ups or soft furnishings for export markets.
- Experience working with an export house, buying house or sourcing agency.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, weaving, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching, finishing and packaging.
- Proven expertise in product development, costing, supplier negotiation and production follow-up.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple suppliers and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising/order-tracking systems.
- A proactive, organised and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership of orders independently.
- Working experience with European Customers will be preferred.
