- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract drafting, review, redlining, negotiation support, execution and contract repository management.

- Exposure to commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor and service agreements & Lease Agreements.

- Experience supporting legal compliance activities, regulatory research, policy reviews and risk assessments.

- Good understanding of contract risk identification and legal issue spotting.

- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

- Exposure working with CLM tools and document management systems

Requirements
