We are looking for an experienced EXIM Operations professional responsible for managing end-to-end international shipment operations across India, UAE, and KSA. Skilled in shipment documentation, customs clearance, logistics coordination, team supervision, and shipment tracking, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth supply chain operations. Experienced in coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, accounts, e-commerce, sales, and warehouse teams while maintaining accurate records, compliance, and approval processes.

Focused on operational efficiency, timely reporting, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Handle end-to-end shipment operations after booking, including documentation, clearance, and final delivery to warehouse for UAE, India, and KSA branches.
- Supervise EXIM Coordinator team and assign daily tasks
- Monitor teamwork and ensure shipment activities are completed on time.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters
- Review and verify all shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Stickers, Saber Certificate, Fasah, etc.).
- Ensure customs clearance is completed on time and resolve any shipment delays or document issues.




- Track all incoming and outgoing shipments with proper follow-up
- Provide regular shipments report, pending issues, and operational reports to EXIM Manager
- Follow the company supply chain system rules, coordinate with all team groups, and ensure all required support, updates, and communication are properly managed through channels.
- Handle payment coordination with accounts team for freight, duty, vendor, and logistics payments
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Sales, and Warehouse teams for shipment schedules and stock arrival planning • Maintain proper shipment records, reports, and related documents.
- Maintain all Google Sheets with accurate and timely data entry, shipment status updates, and proper record management
- Review and verify all shipment documents received by the EXIM Coordinator before further processing
- Check and approve routine shipment documents and Operational tasks after verifying
- Escalate key matters, exceptions, or high-value approvals to the EXIM Manager before proceeding
- Ensure the team follows proper approval process and documentation control at all times
