Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Develop sourcing strategies for different roles and talent markets.
- Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews/assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data in an ATS.
- Negotiate offers and improve offer-to-join conversion rates.
- Support employer branding through recruitment campaigns, career events, and campus hiring.
- Track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and trends.
Preferred Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CPHR) are advantageous.
