Role: AI / Agentic Senior Platform Engineer

Job Summary





We are looking for an AI / Agentic Platform Engineer with robust experience in building enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflow automation. The engineer will be responsible for developing AI agents, agent orchestration, reusable skills, and context-aware AI capabilities to support software development lifecycle automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Build and integrate specialized AI agents for code analysis, development, testing, code review, security, and release management.
- Develop reusable Agent Skills and integrate tools using Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for contextual understanding of code repositories and technical documentation.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and orchestration workflows.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, AI guardrails, and agent evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with platform teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize agentic AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills & Tools:

- Programming: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, Pydantic
- Agentic AI: LangGraph, LangChain, Multi-Agent Architecture, Agent Skills
- LLMs(integration): OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent enterprise LLMs
- AI Integration: Model Context Protocol (MCP), Tool Calling, Prompt Engineering
- RAG & Vector Databases: PostgreSQL/pgvector, Embeddings, Semantic Search
- Orchestration & Messaging: Temporal, Apache Kafka
- DevOps & Cloud: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure
- Observability & Evaluation: LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, LLM Evaluations

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building production-grade agentic AI applications.
- Knowledge of code-aware RAG, knowledge graphs, and Neo4j.
- Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise development platforms.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
