The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Associate – Financial Modelling who enjoys building financial models, understanding businesses, and solving complex analytical problems.

Working closely with our Project Leads and Director, you'll take ownership of modelling workstreams, interact directly with clients, and contribute to a diverse range of engagements across sectors and geographies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who values technical depth, attention to detail, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain integrated financial models, including three-statement forecasts, operating models, valuation models, and investment analysis.
- Develop financial projections, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and other decision-support tools.
- Review, audit, and stress-test financial models for accuracy, consistency, and commercial logic.
- Work directly with clients to understand business drivers, gather financial and operational data, and translate assumptions into structured forecasts.
- Prepare financial analysis and communicate key findings through presentations, reports, and model walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with senior team members on engagements across sectors, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, SaaS, and other businesses.
- Leverage AI, automation,



and analytical tools to improve modelling efficiency, accuracy, and delivery quality.

What We're Looking For

- CA or CFA qualification (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, preferably with a Big 4 firm, investment bank, consulting firm, or specialized financial advisory practice.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, corporate finance, and valuation concepts.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build structured, dynamic, and fully integrated financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business models, identify key financial drivers, and translate complex information into meaningful insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working directly with clients.
- Interest in AI, automation, and modern analytical tools. Experience with Power Query, VBA, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for financial modelling.

Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA, depending on relevant experience and capabilities.
