Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full time, on-site role based at Tech Line Engineering’s facility in Rajkot. This position is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing activities.

The Senior

Accountant prepares financial statements, supports budgeting and forecasting, monitors cost controls related to manufacturing operations, and ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards and local tax regulations. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, supporting audits, improving financial processes,



and providing management with accurate, timely financial insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Proficiency in cost accounting and inventory accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience with taxation, statutory compliance, and audit support, including coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with data analysis and reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to documentation and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Rajkot and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience as a Senior Accountant or equivalent role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial engineering company.
