Role Description The SAP MM Faculty role at Beat Educations is a part-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality instruction in SAP Materials Management (MM). The faculty member will design and deliver online lessons, develop learning materials and assignments, and guide learners through core SAP MM concepts such as procurement, inventory management, and material valuation.

Responsibilities include preparing structured lesson plans, conducting interactive virtual classes, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves updating course content to reflect current SAP MM best practices, collaborating with the academic team to improve curricula,



and supporting learners with doubts and practical case studies to enhance their job readiness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong SAP MM functional expertise, including hands-on experience with configuration, procurement processes, inventory management, and material master data.
- Candidates should possess skills in teaching, training, or mentoring, such as lesson planning, curriculum development, and learner evaluation in a virtual environment.
- Candidates should possess explicit written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SAP MM concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using online teaching tools and learning management systems, along with basic digital literacy for remote instruction.
