Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to drive corporate outreach, generate new business opportunities and build partnerships for employee fitness and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach HR, Admin, Employee Engagement and Wellness teams across organizations.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant Stridify solutions through calls, meetings and demos.
- Prepare sales decks, brochures and marketing collaterals, and support campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and drive opportunities through closure.
- Coordinate client messaging and communication with the management team.
- Stay engaged with customers from pre-sales through execution and post-delivery.




- Build solid client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Share continuous customer and market feedback with the management team.
- Track market, competitor and industry trends and report relevant developments.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve outreach, conversion and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability in lead generation and closing sales.
- Comfortable engaging with HR and senior business stakeholders.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach and basic sales tools.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, HR-tech, employee engagement or events is a plus.
