About the RoleNexcrest IT is looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer - B2B to drive business growth by identifying corporate clients, generating qualified leads, presenting ERP solutions and software products, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate B2B sales leads through calls, networking, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners, corporate clients, and decision-makers.
- Present ERP solutions, software products, and customized business solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, and pending sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.




- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and client requirements.

Requirements
- MBA qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or software sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in conducting meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to understand and explain software products and business solutions.
- Strong lead-conversion, relationship-management, and deal-closing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
