We are looking for an experienced sales skilled with a proven track record of selling digital marketing services to clients in the USA and other international markets.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to client acquisition, deal closure, and handover to the project delivery team.

This role requires hands-on experience selling digital services to international clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage directly with business owners, executives, and marketing decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers at businesses in the USA and other international markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery calls, presentations, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing.
- Sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, and e-commerce solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals while meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover after deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts,



and revenue performance.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience in digital marketing, SEO, website development, or related digital services.
- Proven experience selling to clients in the USA or other international markets is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in domestic Indian sales only will not be considered.
- Demonstrated success in generating business and closing international deals.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to conduct sales calls and negotiations with international clients.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate with business owners, CEOs, marketing directors, and other decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Ability to work with international time zones when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to clients in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia.
- Experience with recurring SEO retainers and digital marketing contracts.
- Experience selling website development and e-commerce projects.
- An established track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the entire sales process independently, from lead generation through final handover.

Compensation

₹10 lakh – ₹14 lakh CTC per annum, depending on relevant experience, international sales performance, and proven deal-closing ability.

Performance-based incentives are offered in accordance with the company's compensation structure.

Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be evaluated on:

- Qualified international leads generated.
- Discovery meetings booked and conducted.
- Proposals submitted and deals closed.
- Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved.
- Average deal size and conversion rate.
- Quality of client communication and handover to the delivery team.

Important: Only candidates with relevant US or international sales experience in digital services will be considered.
