About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Intern to join our team. The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and helping convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Connect with potential clients through WhatsApp and calls to understand their needs.

Requirement Gathering: Understand client expectations and recommend suitable solutions.

Team Coordination: Communicate client requirements to internal teams, follow up on tasks, and ensure timely execution.

Sales & Deal Closing:



Explain services, handle client queries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into paying customers.

CRM Management: Maintain lead records, update deal stages, and manage follow-up schedules.

WhatsApp Management: Handle client conversations professionally and ensure timely responses and consistent follow-ups.

Task Follow-up: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly.

Requirements

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English is a plus.

Confidence in communicating with clients and following up on leads.

Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets is an advantage.
