EnamDoc is a growing healthcare technology platform focused on digitalising dental clinics and connecting the dental community through innovative software solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Field Sales / Medical Representative) to join our team in Jaipur.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting dental clinics across Jaipur, introducing EnamDoc's clinic management platform, conducting product demonstrations, onboarding dentists, and converting potential customers into paid subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dental clinics across Jaipur to promote EnamDoc's software solutions.
- Introduce and demonstrate our clinic management platform to dentists.
- Explain features including appointment scheduling, digital patient records, billing, patient follow-ups, and clinic management.
- Generate leads and convert interested dentists into paid subscriptions.
- Assist dentists with registration, clinic setup, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with dentists and clinic owners.
- Follow up with potential customers to increase subscription sales.
- Maintain daily records of clinic visits, leads, demonstrations, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and clinic onboarding targets.
- Share customer feedback with the EnamDoc team.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
- Petrol Allowance: ₹150 per eligible working day.
- Monthly Target:
10 paid clinic subscriptions.
- Sales Commission: Earn 10%–15% commission on every additional paid subscription after achieving 10 paid subscriptions in a month.
- Commission is calculated on eligible subscription payments received, excluding GST and refunds.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable visiting dental clinics across Jaipur.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to explain software features and convince potential customers.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic smartphone and technology skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
