About Forever DesiForever Desi is a fashion jewellery brand celebrating Indian traditions with a modern touch. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Thane store and help deliver an excellent shopping experience while driving sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide personalised jewellery recommendations based on their preferences, occasions and budgets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including jewellery designs, collections, pricing and finishes.
- Manage daily store operations, including billing, stock handling and product display.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organised.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the store manager on daily performance.
- Support promotional activities, festive campaigns and recent collection launches.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales,



preferably in jewellery, fashion, ethnic wear or lifestyle retail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver a welcoming, personalised experience.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong upselling, cross-selling and convincing skills.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work towards incentive goals.
- Product Presentation: Good sense of styling, aesthetics and jewellery presentation.
- Leadership: Ability to take ownership of store responsibilities and support junior team members.
- Billing & Inventory: Basic knowledge of POS billing systems, inventory management and daily sales reporting.
- Professionalism: Positive attitude, grooming, punctuality and a customer-first mindset.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
