Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kanpur. The specialist will manage and grow sales across online and offline channels, including direct-to-consumer platforms and key retail partnerships. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, presenting product features, handling inquiries, and supporting order conversions.

The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, coordinating product promotions, collecting market insights, and supporting brand visibility initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience,



maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to training and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications
