Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kota, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting ElectroShield Technology’s products and services through targeted sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to prospective clients, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting digital and offline promotional initiatives.

The specialist will track sales performance, gather market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging,



improve customer experience, and achieve revenue targets. The role also includes providing product training and guidance to customers and team members, ensuring that solutions are well understood and successfully adopted.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing skills to meet and exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support product education, guide sales processes, and contribute to team performance.
