Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Sumerpur. The specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present product and service offerings, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, nurturing prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships,



and coordinating with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing campaigns.

The role involves executing digital and offline marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales results and market feedback. The specialist will also support customer onboarding, deliver product training and demonstrations, and ensure a high standard of service and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and customers.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, handle pipelines, and meet targets.
- Experience in Training to deliver product presentations, demos, and onboarding sessions.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts, digital channels, and lead generation techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
