Role Description The Robotics Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, responsible for delivering hands-on robotics and STEM lessons to school students. The instructor will plan and conduct engaging classes, demonstrate the use of robotics kits and programming tools, and guide learners through practical projects and problem-solving activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics lab equipment, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves training teachers on robotics and related technologies,



collaborating with school staff to align content with curriculum goals, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Robotics and STEM skills, with experience in designing and delivering practical, project-based learning activities.
- Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to educational robotics platforms (e.g., block-based coding, Python, or similar), and be able to explain concepts in an age-appropriate manner.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of students, educators, and school stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops, demonstrations, or classroom sessions for learners or teachers.
- Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related STEM field, prior experience as a teacher or instructor, familiarity with school curricula, and a demonstrated interest in EdTech and experiential learning.
