Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Gola Sizzlers in Subhash Nagar. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service on the floor, and ensuring food and beverage standards are consistently met. The Manager is responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing guest feedback, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the kitchen team, supporting hiring and training of staff, managing inventory and ordering,



and handling cash and basic reports.

The Restaurant

Manager also works to optimize table turnover, reduce wait times, and support promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused mindset with strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and vendors.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and training restaurant or hospitality staff.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding and quality standards.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
