Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and booking platforms.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up with prospective guests and travel agents.
- Manage reservations, quotations, payments and booking records.
- Coordinate guest preferences with the operations team for a seamless stay.
- Promote villa stays, Private Leopard Safaris and curated experiences.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and sales skills, attention to detail and a warm, qualified approach.
- Experience in hotel reservations, sales or hospitality is preferred.
- Immediate Joining.
