About BaGo RetreatsBaGo Retreats is a growing hospitality brand in Kerala, offering premium stays with a focus on privacy, personalized service, and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Reservations Executive to join our centralized reservations team, handling bookings and enquiries across our properties, including Lake n River Resort, BaGo Wagamon, and Casa Innovera.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming reservation enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and website.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Manage room availability, reservations, and booking confirmations using property management software.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and advance payments.
- Promote direct bookings, special packages, and additional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with property operations teams for smooth guest arrivals.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and daily booking reports.
- Achieve individual and team reservation and revenue targets.




- Assist with OTA reservations and booking modifications when required.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel/resort reservations, front office, or hospitality sales preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi will be an advantage.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Good computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation/PMS software. Experience with Djubo is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Qualified attitude, attention to detail, and a guest-focused approach.
