Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will work full time on-site at our Rajkot office, managing end-to-end hiring processes for various roles across the organization.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and supporting selection decisions. The role involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, building talent pipelines, and promoting Selfcraft Media’s employer brand through effective communication with candidates and external partners.

Specialist will also support onboarding and training activities,



collaborate closely with HR and team leads to understand hiring needs, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Recruiting and Hiring skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to help new team members integrate effectively into the organization.
- Relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment within a fast-paced or agency environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple open roles.
- Comfort working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, fair, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
