About the Role

Are you an expert in heavy infrastructure engineering who is tired of slow corporate layers stalling your growth? We are seeking two seasoned Mechanical Engineering leaders to anchor our expanding Global Techno-Commercial & Product Distribution divisions.

You will own the end-to-end P&L; for massive industrial accounts, lead complex Renovation & Modernization (R&M;) scoping, and drive cross-border B2B business development for our specialized Ash Handling (AHP) and Coal Handling (CHP) systems and Customised Products for Heavy/ Process Industries.This role reports directly to the Management offering immediate strategic authority.

What You Will Do:

- Global Account Leadership: Drive high-value client acquisition and manage relationship matrices with global utility heads, plant directors, and IPPs across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
- Techno-Commercial Architecture: Lead the estimation, engineering risk assessment, and commercial bidding strategy for multi-crore international R&M; and material handling tenders.
- Cross-Border Scalability:



Modernize our business development methodologies by integrating data-driven inside sales structures, performance-share optimization models, and global distribution agent networks.

Who You Are:

- Background: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a proven track record in heavy infrastructure, power utilities, bulk material handling, or rotary equipment.
- Profile: A robust blend of deep technical layout competence and aggressive corporate commercial negotiation skills.
- Mindset: An intrapreneurial leader who wants to escape slow corporate environments to build a high-velocity business.
