Role Description The Recruitment Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the trainee assists in end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. The role involves supporting interview processes, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring clear and timely communication with applicants and hiring managers.

The trainee helps with onboarding and training coordination for new team members and collaborates with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.



This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in modern recruitment practices within a growing travel-tech organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and maintain professional interactions.
- Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, such as assisting with onboarding and supporting basic orientation activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, and basic HR software; proficiency in MS Office is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Noida, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; internships or projects in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
