PrimeSpace Solutions is looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Executive cum Caller to handle client calling, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and assist in property sales and leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate property-related leads.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding property sales, leasing, and commercial spaces.
- Explain property details, pricing, availability, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with clients.
- Assist in closing property sales and leasing deals.
- Maintain daily call records, client databases, and lead follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and leasing is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
