Brahma Rishi Homes LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Handle project billing, measurements, and verification of quantities.
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project expenses.
- Review construction drawings and specifications for quantity estimation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Support cost control and ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and construction estimation.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, billing, and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to interpret civil engineering drawings.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and effective coordination skills.
