About the Role:We are looking for a skilled React Developer with 3-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and scalable web applications. The role will focus on building interactive user interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs, optimizing frontend performance, and delivering seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and up-to-date frontend development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and implement modern frontend architectures.
- Develop interactive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Work with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following frontend development best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and application enhancements.
- Work with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend development tools.




- Follow Agile development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning and team discussions.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, functional components, and component lifecycle concepts.
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
- Good understanding of RESTful API integration, asynchronous programming, and JSON.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Git, npm/yarn, and build tools such as Webpack or Vite.
- Understanding of component-based architecture, reusable components, and frontend performance optimization.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, and server-side rendering is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
